Data on the salary of an employee may be transmitted in the form of non-envelope prints on A4 paper form  (it has adhesive strips on the sides and perforation to facilitate folding).
A4 paper form, after printing information about salary, are folded and glued on desktop devices into a closed addressed envelope.
Payroll forms can be made in the shape of letters C, Z or V and the confidentiality printing protects confidential information contained within.
Opening the envelope is only possible by breaking the edges along perforation.
